RESTA Practitioner Training – Building Systemic Resilience in Schools
We’re now accepting bookings for two new online RESTA Practitioner Training cohorts, supporting schools and organisations to embed systemic, evidence-based resilience across staff, pupils, and wider school systems.
RESTA is designed to move beyond individual interventions, helping schools adopt a structured, whole-school approach to emotional resilience, attendance, and wellbeing.
RESTA Twilight Training (Online)
Start date: 25 February 2026
Schedule: Wednesdays, 5:00pm–8:00pm
Duration: 10 weeks (break over Easter)
This cohort is ideal for staff who need a flexible evening format while contributing to long-term, systemic change within their setting.

RESTA Daytime Training (Online)
Start date: 27 February 2026
Schedule: Fridays, 10:00am–3:00pm
Duration: 6 weeks
A full daytime cohort suited to schools and trusts seeking rapid, scalable implementation of resilience-informed practice across teams.
