RESTA Wins at the Education Today Awards 2025!
We are delighted to announce that RESTA has won Wellbeing Resource of the Year at the Education Today Awards! It was incredible to have the hard work of Dr Esther Borrett, Beth Pargeter-Takhar, Connor Whiting (Motion Wave Digital) and all the team at RESTA and Brimstone Psychology recognised in this way!

Our founder, Dr Esther Borrett, visited our RESO (Resilience Support Organisation) and Industry Partner, Suffolk New College, during their Freshers Fair. Watch our video of the day to see how the college is thriving and actively embedding our RESTA principles across all areas of their practice.
June 2025:
The Inaugral RESTA Conference
Suffolk New College proudly hosted the first-ever RESTA conference, bringing together educators and RESTA practitioners from across the country to explore and share insights on the Resilience Support Teaching Assistant (RESTA) programme. The event showcased discussions and presentations on how RESTA builds resilience and supports emotional wellbeing in learners – including a presentation from our own team on the positive impact of the programme on our students. A fantastic day of collaboration, learning, and celebration of learner support!
