Brimstone Psychology’s RESTA and RESO Customer Guarantee and Refund Policy
At Brimstone Psychology, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based training and support for educational professionals. Our training programmes are developed and delivered by qualified psychologists and are underpinned by psychological theory and real-world application.
We understand that investing in professional development is a significant commitment. That’s why we offer a customer guarantee and a clear refund policy to give you confidence when choosing RESTA/RESO training.
Our Guarantee to You
- Expert-Led Instruction
All RESTA training is developed and delivered by experienced Educational Psychologists and approved trainers. Our programmes are trauma-informed, psychologically grounded, and aligned with contemporary theory and best practice.
- Relevant, Evidence-Based Content
RESTA content is rooted in current psychological research, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory, self-efficacy theory, and cognitive appraisal models. Our materials are regularly reviewed and refined to reflect new insights and educational practices.
- Interactive and Relational Learning
Our training sessions are designed to be engaging, participatory, and reflective. RESTA models relational practice throughout its delivery, creating a psychologically safe learning environment that mirrors the approach we advocate for students.
- Comprehensive Resources and Support
All RESTA trainees receive access to the RESTA manual, resources, tools, and worksheets, as well as a start-up package including digital templates and delivery guidance. Ongoing supervision and network support are built into our model to ensure sustainability.
Refund Policy
We are confident in the quality and impact of RESTA training. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:
Requesting a Refund:
A written refund request must be submitted within 30 days of completing the training.
The request must clearly state the reasons for dissatisfaction and outline where the programme did not meet reasonable expectations.
Eligibility:
You must have attended and fully participated in all required training sessions (including all six days of the RESTA training programme).
Refunds will not be considered for non-attendance, partial completion, or where a delegate fails to meet the required standard for certification.
Assessment and Outcome:
Refund requests will be reviewed by the RESTA team and, where necessary, discussed with the participant to explore whether resolution or additional support is possible.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
Important Notes:
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or where the programme was delivered as advertised and to a satisfactory standard.
RESTA reserves the right to withhold refund eligibility where supervision or post-training services have already been accessed.
Refunds for corporate bookings or commissioned training must be arranged through the contracting organisation.
